Welcome to the HI- Harpers Ferry Hostel in Knoxville 

Just two miles from Harpers Ferry National Historic Park, this cozy lodge stands high on a bluff, overlooking the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. The hostel is perfect for visitors to the Harpers Ferry National Historic Park, where sights include St. Peter's Church, Virginius Island, the shops along High Street, and of course, John Brown's Fort.

You can hike the Appalachian Trail. Float down the Shenandoah River on an inner tube, raft or canoe. Use the hostel's equipment to play frisbee or volleyball, or cycle along the C&O Canal Towpath.

Evening brings relaxaton in front of our fireplace, campfire or hit the nightlife in nearby Shepardstown Both Amtrak (daily) and the MARC (workdays-only) have regular train service to and from Washington, DC's Union Station.
